    What are the registration deadlines?
    Refer to the Run Sign Up site for updated registration deadlines.

    How do I sign up to Race, Sponsor, or Volunteer?
    We use the RunSignUp service to process our online sign-ups. That's the best way to register. Sponsors can also donate via this service, or volunteers can sign up on that site as well.

    Do I actually have to RUN the whole thing?
    No! You may run, walk, skip (or even crawl) to the finish line. There are no rules that you have to be an experienced runner to be a participant in this event.

    What are the proceeds from this event supporting?
    The proceeds (after event costs) go directly to the Stuart Alumni Scholarship Fund and are then disbursed to scholarship recipients as determined by the applicant committee.

    Is the race time-chipped?
    Yes. I:40 Race Service will be providing timing services for this year's race again.

    Is the 5K course certified?
    The course was USATF-certified in the past. Refer to the Run Sign Up site for updated information for the 2018 race, as the new coordinators have updated the start/finish, and there may be other updates to the course itself.

    Will there be spectator and participant restroom facilities and seating provided?
    We will have restroom facilities available at the race start/finish area, and there will be limited seating. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring a foldable chair if you will need to be seated as you watch the race outside!

    What if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather?
    We really, really hope this never happens, but...In the event that the weather doesn't cooperate, you will still receive your race T-Shirt, "goodies", and a finisher medal. You WILL NOT, however, receive a refund of the race entry fee, as this was all for a GREAT CAUSE!

    Will there be refreshments available during the event?
    The race participants and volunteers will have water and small snacks available to them before, during, and after the event. As for spectators, we are working on coordinating some vendors that may have food available for purchase. We will keep you posted!
